She's sick

Her head has been covered after the eye's operation....The vet said it's "cherry eye" and it is born to have this kind of sickness. Normally small breed has this kind of problem and it's rarely to have on large breed. He did not bear to me that her eye would be 100% cured and it has possibility that it will come out again. Just because she's hyperactive which easily hurt the eye while playing.

Does she feel sad? No at all..I think the operation does not have any effects on her at all. She's still hyperactive and stubborn to run here and there, jumping on people, playing with the ball. The round thing should have taken off after 1 week, unfortunately it was taken off by her while playing and I failed to put it back on her head. Gosh..

Supposingly, she loves to eat medicine because she thought it is Food..:S..When comes to the 3rd day of medicine consumption, she starts to spit it out but the good thing is she will still try to eat it. I think it's better than other dogs who rather do not eat even it's mixed with food right?

Luckily the vet said her eye is getting better, hope the cherry won't come out again.

Introducing..

Name: Jolie
Breed: Guarding/ Working Dog
Temperament: Good natured, loyal, self assured, steady, fearless. reacts with great alertness, well developed genetic herding and guarding instincts.
DOB: 20 Aug 2010
Personality: Intelligent, stubborn, hyperactive, friendly, brave

I bought her home when she was 7 weeks old from a breeder, Mr.Liew that was introduce by Mr.Yap. It's quite young to bring her back though.

7week-2 month old

She's cute and lovable...

3 month

" I'm still looks cute"...

5 months

"Am I getting bigger??? Still got people say I'm cute..Well.."
Even though she's getting bigger, I will sometime feel that she's cute in some way too..

According to TK, large breed dog like rottweiler, german shephard, doberman, etc. very fast getting bigger and they are not fully grown until more than 1.5years or 2 years. She also said that rottweiler takes 9-15months to have guarding instinct and I'm not sure about others guarding dog. Everyone is asking me why Jolie do not bark to people and just sleep at there? She's not just sleeping at there...I think every dog are lazy when comes to afternoon, right?.. Jolie afraid of hot sun, she rather run back into cage and stay there. For normal her, she will jump out from the cage and run everywhere and jumping on people like a crazy dog. In fact, rottweiler's guarding instinct are slower than others dog too.

Actually, I bought a dog before, named Lexi. She's amazing and smart too but she's not brave enough towards outside world. She scared of cars, motorbike, whatever sound that she heard. But don't worry if your dog are like that, this could get rid of it. Lexi are not used to new environment and was caged by the pet shop's owner for a long time. Her eye's are pretty as well and able to absorb what I teach in a few minute. But of course biting problem will have on every puppy. My mum realize that she walks uncomfortably. Her 2 toes was actually been shorten because of the accident in the cage. So sadly, I have to bring her back to the pet shop. I felt so bad... that I have to leave her but she seems like happy when I bring her back and I felt released. Tears are flowing on my eyes when driving and I can't just cry like that.. coz someone is in my car! I still miss her a lot. Wonder whose the owner who got her..??

Awesome Rottweiler

Isn't that amazing?

Bear n Bruno

I came across an awesome blog about her Rotties namely Bear and Bruno. The owner is TK and she's from Singapore. Her rotties are very well behaved in the public. I felt so proud of her dog. Every time when I came to disappointment and upsetting, I will read her blog and I gain confidence from there. She has given me a lot of advise, help and suggestion on rottweiler too,and I will gain confidence to train Jolie again. I appreciate her a lot as I question her many time when I facing problem.

I do not understand why some of the people like to say rottweiler is very dangerous dog and bit people until dead. According to TK, those are owners problem who doesn't give training and they are tied in the house all the time and thus, lead them to become an aggressive dog. And I believe that they do not know how to differentiate the dog type and they do not have any experience to dog at all. Just simply say that "Oh, the dog is black color, got 4 eyes and big also". I will not appreciate what they told me but I feel it is very irritating, just like wanna give them a lesson. It's ridiculous to listen from people who doesn't know anything.

Did you hear before a dog who eats meat organ will bite people in the end? Did you hear before that a dog will bite people because they doesn't make love and because their hormone are imbalance? It doesn't make sense at all,.
Another case I'm not sure, as the contractor said that his dog has given training but did not know what is the reason his dog bit people. Well, I did not hear from any trainer said that their dog or their student's dog have bite people. I believe that there is some reason which lead to biting on that people.

Puppy developing stage is very crucial. You wouldn't know how much efforts I've put on training to proof that not every rottweiler is dangerous. Training will increase your bond between you and your dog and will eventually be proud of just like TK.
